Buyers with authority
Owners and category buyers who can taste it, talk terms and write the order the same day — not reps who report back to someone else.
Supermarket buyers, deli owners, independent grocers and foodservice purchasers — all in one room on Long Island, on the one day they don't have to close the store.
Trade only. Every badge on the floor belongs to someone who buys for a store, a kitchen or a distributor.
