Why a Sunday

Built around the way independents actually buy.

Every other show in this market asks you to give up a working weekday and a trip into the city. This one doesn't.

No weekday coverage

You don't have to staff around a trade show or leave the counter to someone else. Come after the morning rush — the floor is open until five.

Central Long Island, not the city

Hauppauge, NY, in the middle of the Island. No bridge, no tunnel, no parking garage and no train — you drive in and you drive out with samples in the trunk.

One room, one day

Every category on a single floor. Taste it, talk terms, take the card — instead of justifying a three-day badge and a hotel night.

Who's on the floor

Four kinds of buyer, one aisle.

The exhibitors are here because you are. Here's what each kind of buyer gets out of the day.

Independent grocers & bodega owners

Items the usual truck doesn't carry

Case pricing you negotiate face to face, direct from the people who make it — not a line on a distributor sheet. Bring your partner; most owners do.

Best for · Queens, Brooklyn, the Bronx and Nassau operators
Supermarket & chain buyers

Local SKU discovery in one visit

A full category walk with no travel day and no expense report. Meet the regional makers your stores keep getting asked for.

Best for · Category managers and purchasing at Long Island and outer-borough banners
Deli, specialty market & prepared foods

The sampling floor is built for you

Taste dozens of items in a single pass, find the two that fit your counter, and turn a winner around inside a week.

Best for · Counter operators and specialty market owners who buy on taste
Restaurants, caterers & foodservice

The one industry day you don't close for

Menu ideas, new suppliers and terms you can set in person — on the day your kitchen is slowest instead of the day it isn't.

Best for · Independent restaurants, caterers, clubs and institutional foodservice
